I purchased my first IBM PC in 1986. PC-XT 4.77 & 7 Mhz - 20MB hdd - 512k not MB memory - what is a
mouse? Even had the adapter for the cassette tape storage option - steel keyboard. i recall every little upgrade.
My favorite is USB, plug & play technology. I am still amazed by all the incremental technology advances.

During these 25+ yrs of hands-on experience, I have developed my ability to troubleshoot problems, and prevent
computer errors. There is no magic involved. I will explain, each repair to you, as best I can. Or, I can "just fix it!".

Education A.S. degree computer science 1982 (airco computer learning center)
